LPP were appointed to provide planning strategy advice for the conversion of a former convenience store to a funeral services facility. Work included providing advice on whether the change of use would represent ‘permitted development’, and seeking the local planning authority’s advice on the matter via formal pre-application enquiry.

LPP also provided advice on whether planning permission would be required for a range of external alterations to the building and car park.
